If we agree on the price, we sign a contract and send it to a title company to prepare for closing. We schedule a closing, you sign the paperwork, and get paid. Easy peasy.
Q: How long does all this take?
Once we have discussed the property on a call, we can typically set up a visit within 24 hours, make an offer on the spot after the visit, and close within 3-7 days.
